  I called Bob's because I needed an appliance fixed and wanted to give a local business the job. I left a message on his answering machine because he was not in. He never returned my phone call. Several days later I finally called back during his posted business hours. After I explained that my appliance was not working, "Bob" was extremely condescending and rude on the phone. He treated me like I was stupid and was very insulting. I hung up on him and will refuse to ever frequent this business again!
